The Light House will aim to dispatch your order within 5 working days subject to items being in stock with the supplier. We will contact you if any changes to the timescale occur. Delivery is free for orders over £100, otherwise, postage and packaging costs £6.95 and only includes UK mainland. Should you require your fittings sooner, give us a call on 0116 233 0303 where we can discuss further options with you, please note that this may come with additional delivery costs.

You are also able to collect your order from our showroom, this can be selected at the checkout. We will get in touch with you once the order is ready to collect.

We can accept unused, boxed returns for a full refund if we are informed in writing to sales@lighthouse-leicester.co.uk within 14 days of you receiving the goods. Items will need to be returned to our showroom, and this will be at the customer’s cost. Faulty items will be checked at our showroom before processing further. Please note that we quality check all fittings prior to dispatch to minimise the likelihood of fittings being damaged upon arrival. Returns must be appropriately packaged with the original packaging intact.

We offer a fast installation service within Leicestershire and the surrounding areas. This service is done by our in-house certified electrical contractors. The installation service includes the delivery of the fittings and removal of packaging to make the process as streamlined as possible. Our electrical contractors are also on hand to provide quotations for any additional electrical installation work that you may require.
