The Light House will aim to dispatch your order within 3-7 working days subject to supplier stock quantities. We will contact you if any changes to the timescale occur. Delivery is free for orders over £100, otherwise, delivery will be priced at £6.95 and only includes UK mainland.

We can accept unused, boxed returns for a full refund if we are informed in writing to sales@lighthouse-leicester.co.uk within 14 days of you receiving the goods. Items will need to be returned to our showroom and this will be at the customers cost. Faulty items will be checked at our showroom before processing further. Please note that we quality check all fittings prior to dispatch to minimise the likelihood of fittings being damaged upon arrival. Returns must be appropriately packaged with the original packaging intact.

We are able to provide a fitting service within Leicestershire. Installation of your light fittings can be arranged via the showroom. Installation is only done by our in house electrical contractors which are registered with the NICEIC. This is available as a quotation only service.
