The PRESS Surface Large Frosted Light, designed by Tom Dixon in London, is inspired by shipping buoys and has a satisfyingly rounded linear surface. The PRESS is made from thick glass, with a sand blasted frosted finish which transforms the clear glass to a translucent matte texture. This effect emits a soft, glowing light and the ribbed glass creates a diffusion of the light source, projecting a pattern. The metal dome cap can be interchanged depending on colour preference - silver, gold and black caps are sold with the surface lights. PRESS comes with a warm 2700k LED ring as standard and replaceable light sources extend product life.
