We can accept unused, boxed returns for a full refund if we are informed in writing to sales@lighthouse-leicester.co.uk within 14 days of you receiving the goods. Items will need to be returned to our showroom, and this will be at the customer’s cost. Faulty items will be checked at our showroom before processing further. Please note that we quality check all fittings prior to dispatch to minimise the likelihood of fittings being damaged upon arrival. Returns must be appropriately packaged with the original packaging intact.

The installation service includes the delivery of the fittings and removal of packaging to make the process as streamlined as possible.
