Delivery is free for orders over £100, otherwise, postage and packaging costs £6.95 and only includes UK mainland. You are also able to collect your order from our showroom, this can be selected at the checkout. We will get in touch with you once the order is ready to collect.

Faulty items will be checked at our showroom before processing further. Please note that we quality check all fittings prior to dispatch to minimise the likelihood of fittings being damaged upon arrival. Returns must be appropriately packaged with the original packaging intact.

We offer a fast installation service within Leicestershire and the surrounding areas. This service is done by our in-house certified electrical contractors. The installation service includes the delivery of the fittings and removal of packaging to make the process as streamlined as possible.
